Counselling
We all have mental health needs however great or small. Stress affects most of us during the draining Cambridge terms. Services such as Linkline offer a 24/7 listening service during term time whilst the university counselling service can offer counselling from trained and accredited counsellors and therapists. It’s well worth having a look at the counselling service’s website for links and information, even if you feel you do not need to see a counsellor.
